She seriously put in so much work to find us the perfect home. More work than we even expected! She made sure to get her job done and get it done quickly, professionally and happily! 1000000% recommend her to anyone trying to find a home. She even still checks in on us 4 months later and wants to know how things are going and if we need anything. She’s always available and on the very rare occasion she can’t answer a question she will get the answer faster than anyone has ever gotten back to us!

Sharon helped us find and buy the home of our dreams! We had rather stringent requirements in terms of the exact neighborhood where we wanted to buy a home. Furthermore, we were only interested in recently built or newly built homes. Right from day one, Sharon was proactive, responsive, and focused. Her local knowledge about Seattle-Bellevue area is outstanding. She went out of her way to follow up on some of our requests. For example, Sharon did an exceptional job gathering information on homes which were still under construction, but were yet to be listed. For this, she often went on-site and talked to the superintendent to get useful information about the property even before the property came on the market. She even went to the city office on numerous occasions to procure the lot and house layout/plans for unlisted and under-construction properties. All this information was enormously helpful to us because when these homes came on the market, we already had all the vital information about these properties, and that allowed us to make quick decisions. Sharon always looked out for our interests (as buyers), and educated us about the home buying process - we really appreciated this as first time buyers. Her feedback and recommendations with respect to home decor, interiors, and design very extremely valuable to us - she has a great taste in high end and luxury design and furnishing.I would recommend Sharon in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor.

This was NOT the case with Sharon. She was professional and fun at the same time. Told us that when we find the house we were going to buy that we would know it and agree on it immediately. Thought that was just something she said that sounds good. Nope, so true. She also referred us to a mortgage broker, and he was great. The only sad part about closing and getting the keys was that meant i would not see Sharon anymore. She came to our big house warning barbecue and we had a blast, like "old times" when she was showing us house after house. It was always a good time. I love my house! Thanks to Sharon!

In that situation her poise and professionalism helped shepherd us through. She worked with her team and other agents to assure all parties would benefit in the end; and she was successful! She had to do some creative thinking, but that is why I rely on her; she is eager to find effective, atypical solutions to difficult problems. Today she is working again to find me a home. It's quite seldom you find reviews on real estate agents from other agents but this review is necessary. A transaction we had together from Seattle to Yakima became quite the challenge but with Sharon's diligence and foresight, we closed the deal and couldn't have a happier clients. Very responsive and patient, might i add! Highly recommend for anyone in the real estate market.
